Area-9 Rogue Cyborg Incident = During the Empire's operation to seize a magical orb from a local grand temple, the newly released cyborg model (Kuroiwa-MK6, Unit 21) goes rogue, and escapes with the magical orb in its inventory.
Area-43 Mining Facility Incident = The Empire had previously conquered this area, and established a huge mining base to mine minerals. The Empire's mining base has been shelling the nearby mountain towns with mortars, to curb local rebellions and as a way to chase the locals out of the region. The Area-43 Mining Facility Incident was when the mining base was attacked and destroyed by a lone mage (Hirai Yu "Taemin").
Empire Tribute Caravans Raids in the island region = The Empire had previously set up treaties with the island city states, where the island city states become the Empire's protectorates and offered regular tributes and payments to the Empire. The tribute demands have been increasing a lot lately. The Empire Tribute Caravan Raids were said to be done by a lone vigilante, known as Monkaman (Rahayu Doni).

21 - A weapons specialist giving a demonstration of the latest cyborg (Kuroiwa-MK6, Unit 21) to a committee of generals of the Empire. Demonstration of the robot arm, chain gun, and AI computer is shown. The scene ends with the cyborg turning on, with red eyes glowing.
Doni - A group of young boys talking about a masked vigilante known as Monkaman, who raids the Empire tribute caravans and returns the stolen tribute to the locals. The scene ends with a silhoute of the vigilante looking at the sunset.
Yu / Taemin - An old wise man telling a story to a group of children, about an ancient magus civilisation from long ago. The old man describes the power of the ancient mages, and about a dangerous spell that can seal / preserve the mages for centuries. The scene ends with a sealed, ancient magus, breaking out of an ancient ruin and the blue tattoos on his body glowing, as a result of a disruptive mining operation nearby, which was run by the Empire.
